If this is what AIPAC is, then my question is answered and I still have no problem with Israel (she is our best ally and friend) nor people supporting her (AIPAC).

I also agree while support Israel, US should not take side on the reginal conflicts. We should let the fighters to fight for the end, on their own.
Verda: What you said is so true. Our problem is the voters. Too many of them forgot their brains when rushing to the poll. We mess up, nothing is logical nowadays.

Something that just makes politics so annoying in America is the old labels people put on others. People use blanket statements of ,”Liberals/conservatives are blank”. These old generalizations just get annoying and makes me leave media websites. My question do you think Americans or American politics will ever move beyond this old child’s game of labeling and name calling with blanket assertions?

I have moved beyond basic labels and understand everyone is different. Not every person from a particular ideal will blindly follow it. What should society do to move beyond these old games of labeling others? Provide your view about this.

EDIT: Washjeffstudent I hope not. I have learned to appreciate a diversity of views and accept the fact everyone has their own perspective. The issue is how it has turned into a child’s game with media reinforcing the old stereotypes. Media has not helped to bring about an understanding of each other but a cutthroat competition with put downs. I think I just might block out all media sites because they do nothing but cause conflict.
